Delivery and Returns Information

UK Delivery
Orders will be despatched within 24 hours of receipt, not including weekends and bank holidays.
Small orders* will be shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 48 requiring a signature on delivery.
Large orders** will be shipped with DHL or Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Postage on orders below £30 will be charged at £3 + VAT and orders exceeding £30 charged at £5 + VAT.
If the delivery address is in the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man or Northern Ireland there may be an additional day added to the delivery.

*Small orders - Value below £100.
**Large orders - Value exceeding £100.

International Delivery
Orders will be despatched within 24 hours of receipt, not including weekends and bank holidays.
Deliveries below £30 will be charged at £5 + VAT and deliveries exceeding £30 charged at £12.08 + VAT.
All International Deliveries will be sent on a tracked service. Packages will require a signature on delivery.
Delivery times will vary but should be delivered in 5-7 working days.
Items may be subject to customs processing depending on the item's declared value, Ultimate Sports Engineering Ltd declares the value which complies with customs declaration laws.
As the buyer, you should be aware of possible:
- delays from customs inspection.
- import duties and taxes which buyers must pay.

Terms and Conditions for Returns within the UK
We will happily refund or exchange any item purchased through the Ultimate Sports Engineering websites so you can buy with confidence.

We will refund or exchange any product purchased from our websites within 28 days of receipt of purchase.
Returned products must be unused in their original condition complete with packaging.
Please include proof of purchase with the returned item.
We will credit return postage costs up to £14.50, unless the item ordered is the wrong size or is deemed 'unsuitable'*.
The products remain the responsibility of the purchaser until they are received by Ultimate Sports Engineering, we recommend that you use an insured postal service to return items.

*‘unsuitable’ where there is no fault with the product but the purchaser no longer requires the product.
