All manufacturing defects will be dealt with free of charge but there may be a fee if the fault is not a manufacturing defect. But we will contact you before any charges are incurred.

This includes all stems, handlebars, seat posts, bottle cages and parts carry a two year warranty against manufacturing defects.
All lights carry a two year warranty against manufacturing defects from the original purchase date to the original owner (proof of purchase is required). Batteries also carry a two year warranty against manufacturing defects, while our LED's carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
Outlined below is the warranty procedure depending on whether you purchased your product from a retailer or directly from our website. We aim for a 24-48 hour turn around on all returned items to get you back into action as soon as possible.

If the product is faulty on arrival with you we will replace the product as soon as the faulty item is received by Ultimate Sports Engineering.
If a product develops a fault within our two year warranty period we will need to inspect the product before repairing or replacing.

Warranty Terms and Conditions - The Small Print
Exposure Lights will give a two year warranty for head or switch unit and charger. This warranty covers material or workmanship defects. Accidental damage and neglect are not covered by warranty. Modifications or improper use also deem the warranty void.
The Exposure LEDs are covered by our lifetime warranty, in accordance to proper use. Warranty is only valid to the original owner. Proof of purchase may be required. Limits of the Warranty: At its sole discretion, Exposure Lights agrees to repair or replace products deemed by Exposure Lights to be defective. Exposure Lights reserve the right to replace a product with a like replacement that fulfils the same purpose. This replacement product may have graphics or finishing different from the original. It is the product user's responsibility to examine the product on a regular basis to determine the need for servicing and or a replacement. Products that have been neglected, modified or poorly maintained are not covered under warranty. Products that have been used in competition, stunt riding or for commercial use are not covered under warranty. Damage from causes other than defects in materials and workmanship (e.g. lack of experience, ability or competence) are not covered under warranty. The finish or aesthetics of Exposure products are not covered under warranty. Any labour or postage costs associated with the removal, replacement, postage or reassembly of the product are not covered under warranty. Normal wear and tear and maintance are not covered under warranty. Please ensure all returns are clean and free from mud and road grime. Any items that are returned to us and require cleaning may incur a charge.
R.A.W. Pro Head Torch
We've tested and perfected our watertight engineering and we want you to be completely satisfied and confident with the R.A.W. Pro. To ensure your confidence the watertight seals have a 10 year warranty, subject to bi-annual servicing.
For the lifetime of the product a free service is included every 2 years from the date of purchase. The service will include replacement of all mechanical seals all we ask is you to cover the cost of shipping.
In the unlikely event of water ingress due to mechanical failure of the seals please return the item to our Customer Service team.
Our dedicated Customer Service team will arrange for the item to be fixed where possible or replaced. If the item is no longer available we will offer a 40% discounted upgrade.
The warranty excludes damage that may have been caused by misuse, unusual wear and tear, accident or user error which is at the discretion of our Service team.
The warranty excludes all electronic parts and batteries.
The 10 year warranty is only valid if the product is registered within 60 days of purchase and service is recorded on a bi-annual basis.
In all cases proof of purchase will be required.
SP Hub Warranty.
2 Year Warranty: SP hubs supplied by USE are covered under a 2 year warranty period beginning from the original date of purchase. Proof of the original purchase date is required for warranty service.
During the warranty period, USE will provide warranty support for SP dynamo hubs sold by USE that fail under normal environments, following the terms and conditions.
The warranty does not apply to any SP product failure caused by an accident, abuse, mishandling, improper usage (including use contrary to the product description or instructions, beyond the extent of the products intended use, or for tooling or testing purpose), alteration, abnormal mechanical or environmental condition, acts of nature or improper installation.
Repair and replacement guidelines.
For products purchased by an authorised Exposure Lights/USE distributor or reseller, customers must contact the original seller if SP products cease to function or an abnormal condition occurs. Describe the condition to the seller so the seller is able to asses whether the problem is covered under warranty. If the claim meets warranty conditions, please arrange to send it back to the seller. USE retains sole discretion on whether to repair or replace warrantee items with a refurbished product or functional equivalent. The decision by USE shall be final.
For SP products bought from other SP resellers, please contact your place of purchase. USE only accept responsibility for products bought under the USE/ Exposure company.
If a defective product is out of the warranty period or does not meet warranty conditions or is to be replace under warranty conditions, please see the replacement program.
As with many dynamo hubs, bearings are only serviceable by disassembling the hub, this requires disassembling the wheel from spokes. Bearings will need to be changed after prolonged use. During the warranty period, USE offers to exchange hubs that require a bearing service/change which are not defective but have simply worn out. The hub is exchanged by USE for a refurbished hub as all hubs are sent back to the manufacturer for bearing services. Special tools and jigs are needed for this process which means it cannot be done by any resellers.
USE and SP recognise that dismantling a wheel can be costly so a supported price for the normal hub bearing replacement is offered. Please ask the seller for costs involved. USE or SP will not pay for dismantling or rebuilding of wheels due to a defective hub or bearing service. Only Postage from USE back to reseller is covered by USE.
