CNC Anodised Aluminium

Exposure Lights are constructed from CNC milled
aerospace-grade aluminium, which then undergoes a hard anodisation process. Raw
aluminium components are dipped into an electrolytic solution, and a current is
passed through them. Anodising greatly increases resistance to corrosion, as
the natural oxide layer is built up to form a protective ceramic-like coating.

All our products are designed, engineered and made in the UK to the highest standard and have been for the past 20 years. From the initial design concept to final assembly, everything is done at our factory in West Sussex.

Ram Air Cooling

The bodies of our Reflex lights have been carefully designed to ensure efficient cooling. At the head of the light, machined vents taper from the front, ramming air through and around deep fins to make sure that the LEDs always perform perfectly.

Since the beginning, our lights have had integrated batteries so you don’t have messy cables trailing from your bars or helmet. You also don’t have a heavy battery unit to strap to your bike or carry in a backpack, meaning you have more freedom to enjoy the ride.
