Our lights are configurable to be use with a PWM control unit such as an ezCAN or by 12v switching on the positive wires

CNC machined from billet 6063 aluminium for unparalleled accuracy and refinement. This enables us to machine the parts to exacting high tolerances, especially the refined cooling features. All unnecessary weight is removed. These high efficiency cooling features rapidly dissipate the heat generated by the high-powered LED’s and electronics.

The aluminium bodywork is hard anodised to produce a ceramic aluminium oxide surface that is extremely tough and durable. This is superior to any painted or normal anodised surfaces. offering outstanding resistance to wear and corrosion

All lights benefit from our patented Intelligent Thermal Management (ITM) technology, which actively protects the system from overheating. In situations where airflow is minimal, such as when a vehicle is stationary, output is automatically reduced to maintain safe operating temperatures This could occur if the vehicle is static for a period of time, so that the cooling air flow if minimal. In this situation the power will be reduced. As soon as airflow is restored, the system immediately detects the improved cooling and returns the light to full output within seconds.

To maintain maximum beam efficiency over time, we use toughened glass for the front lenses, obviating the performance degradation to which plastic lenses are susceptible.

The Exposure Radial 3 delivers 3,580 lumens of bright white 5700K light from three CREE LEDs, with a 120 degree wide viewing angle that floods the road edges and verges rather than just punching a spot down the centre. That makes it the pick for adventure and green lane riding where you need to see what is beside you as much as what is ahead. It is available with a clear or yellow lens, the yellow cutting glare in fog, rain and dust. Intelligent Thermal Management keeps output stable, dropping power only when the bike is stationary and airflow stops.

Yes. The Radial 3 is HEX ezCAN compatible and can also be run from simple 12V switching if your bike has no CAN bus manager. It draws a low 2 amps and uses a waterproof TE Connectivity AMP Super Seal connector, so it will not overload a standard accessory circuit. At 200 grams and 53mm x 54mm x 78mm it is the smallest light in the Exposure Moto range, and dual mount options mean it fits crash bars, fork mounts and most bike specific brackets without adaptors.

The Radial 3 is IP69K rated and has been proven in the Dakar Rally, so it will survive pressure washing, deep water and constant vibration. The body is CNC machined 6063 aluminium with a hard anodised finish, the lens is 3mm toughened glass, and the brackets are black plated stainless steel that will not rust. The LEDs are rated for 50,000 hours. Every Radial 3 is designed and built in the UK and backed by Exposure's 7 year Moto warranty, with a lifetime guarantee on the LEDs themselves.

Independently tested by TÜV Rheinland

Every light in the Exposure Moto range is currently being tested by TÜV Rheinland in Germany, one of the most respected independent testing organisations for automotive and motorcycle lighting. We chose the toughest test we could find because these are the toughest lights we make.

TÜV Rheinland testing puts each lamp through beam pattern, photometric output, thermal, vibration and ingress checks against recognised international standards, rather than the manufacturer marking its own homework. When testing is complete we will publish the results and certificate numbers here, so you can see exactly what the Radial 7, Radial 6, Radial 3, EX4 and EX2 have been assessed against.
